65. HORIKITA Maki Usagi, a Rabbit Woman Student, as a Maiden, & a Western-style Country Girl with Rabbit Ears in Jyugoya, the Full-Moon Evening of Fall.

This is an illustration of HORIKITA Maki Usagi, a Rabbit Woman Student, and rabbit-eared HORIKITA Maki, one of Japan's most popular young actresses acting as a Western-style maiden, and a Western-style Country Girl with Pinafore, both of Producer's original featured characters in Jyugoya, the evening with full moon in fall of Japan.

A rabbit is seen in full moon for Japanese, so a rabbit is a symbol of Jyugoya in Japan.

That is why the girl wears her rabbit ears in this evening.

They are now going to their dining chamber for dinner.

Producer wished to draw both of HORIKITA Maki Usagi and a Western-style Country Girl with yukata, but he already drew the girl with yukata last summer, so he drew them with pinafores as usual.
