Mikachan always buys her drags, her sanitary pads, her shampoo, her cosmetics, and her contact lens solutions at the shop, because the pharmacy is also her classmate's home.

Producer has not drean Hiromichan for more one years, so he forgot how to draw her, so she may seem to be diffenret from previous draw.
