This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school around Ide Station, Minobu Line, in Nambu Town (former Tomizawa Town, merged on Mar. 1, 2003), County of MinamiKoma, Yamanashi Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with one white stripe on its navy blue collars, and a navy blue tie with a white V-stripe on.
