This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school in southeast of Naruto Station, Sobu and Togane Lines, in Sammu City (formerly Naruto Town, County of Sambu), County of Sambu, Chiba Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with three white stripes on its navy blue collars and a red or blue tie bound in bow.
